Yvette’s Reading Response 3

I have personally have had an issue with “the cloud”. Yes, I’ve known of it, but not much about it, until now. I think it is an invasion of privacy only because the cloud takes your information without letting you know unless you turn these settings off. For those who are unaware of the cloud and its purpose, their space is quickly invaded.

We shouldn’t have to feel nervous or concerned about the cloud but knowing who’s behind all the madness gives us no other choice. It makes me question how much the government sees and what they are doing with that information. At what point is the “invasion” completely unacceptable, because I think we have already passed that point… and how complex will this get?

I believe that “the cloud” should be complained about more than it currently is. The benefits of “the cloud” distract us from thinking about where our personal belongings are stored. Also, Apple products are considered to be reliable therefore their customers are trusting.
